How much does a garden room cost?+
Our standard garden rooms are priced from around £18,500, with larger or more complex builds reaching around £38,000 depending on size, specification and intended use.
Can you design around a difficult garden?+
Yes. We regularly design around narrow or awkward spaces, boundaries, corners, existing trees, landscaping and access constraints.
Will it be comfortable all year round?+
Yes. The standard package includes full insulation to the floor, walls and roof, full electrics and an electric heater.
What is included as standard?+
Bespoke design, foundations, timber frame construction, composite cladding, doors, fascia, a plastered and painted finish, engineered oak flooring, electrics and heating are all included.
Do I need planning permission?+
Many garden rooms fall within permitted development, but every site is different. We will talk through your plot and the relevant requirements at the start of the process.
